Terms of service

Kimoodiye LLC — hosted AI assistant software (SaaS). Last updated August 15, 2026.

The service is a web app at ai.kimoodiye.org. You get a license to use the software while your subscription (or free allowance) is active. We do not sell tours, tickets, or physical goods.

You must not use the service to break the law, attack systems, or share others' private data. We may suspend abuse. Shell access is off for public users. File tools stay inside your workspace.

AI answers can be wrong. You are responsible for how you use them. Plans, quotas, and cancellation are described in Billing & cancel.
