Billing, cancellation, and refunds

Kimoodiye LLC sells monthly software subscriptions. You can cancel anytime.

How to cancel

Use Manage billing on the plans page. No phone call or ticket is required. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month. You keep access until that date.

What you pay

• Starter $3 / month — 20 credits per day
• Plus $15 / month — 1000 credits per month, no daily cap
• Pro $35 / month — 2500 credits per month, twice-daily news briefing emailed to you, and email any chat reply to yourself

Free accounts get 6 credits total, then a paywall. Unused credits do not roll over.

Refunds

Subscriptions are prepaid for the month. Cancel anytime to stop the next charge. We do not prorate unused days after you cancel (you already paid for that month of access). If paid service was down for more than 24 hours, email support and we will refund that month.

Failed payments

If a card cannot be charged, the subscription ends and the account returns to the free 6-credit limit.
