Kimoodiye LLC. We collect account email, billing status from Stripe, and chat/usage needed to run the assistant and enforce plan limits.

Payment cards are handled by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers. Model providers (e.g. Google Gemini) process prompts to generate replies. Do not paste secrets into chat.

To delete your account, cancel in the billing portal then email the address on your receipt. We keep records Stripe requires for taxes and disputes.
